			RAG는 2024년 상반기에 서울대 컴퓨터공학부 x Upstage LLM 프로젝트 단기 강의를 통해 ▲자소설 Factory(https://cv-factory.ryanyang.kr/, 특정 기업에 지원하는 구직자를 위해 자기소개서를 작성하는 서비스)을 통해 적용했덩 경험이 있습니다. 교육 당시 시간이 남아서 ▲당신의 눈(https://ui.ryanyang.kr/, 사진을 촬영하면 4개 국어(한국어, 영어, 일본어, 중국어)로 설명하는 서비스)이라는 서비스를 만들기도 했습니다. 다만, LoRA 등을 통해 Fine-Tuning 이 어떤 건지는 개념적으로 알고 있으나 실제로 미니 프로젝트 등을 통해 실습했던 경험은 없습니다. 이번 기회에 간단히라도 체험해보고 싶습니다.


			이번 교육을 통해서 익힌 지식으로 "사내 위키 문서를 검색하는 LLM 서비스"를 구축하고 싶습니다. 최근에 파이콘 2025에 갔을 때, 네이버라인에서 반복적인 문의 대응을 위해 RAG 기반 챗봇을 만들었는데 저희 기관에도 유사한 서비스가 있다면 생산성 향상에 큰 도움이 될 것 같습니다. 다만 현실적으로 업무 중에 AI 관련 프로젝트에 시간을 내는 게 쉽지 않기 때문에 우선은 관련 역량을 키워놓는 것 만으로도 향후 AI 관련 신설 부서(팀)에서 일할 때 큰 도움이 될 것으로 생각합니다.
